By downloading, installing, or using Vertex Face Lab ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Vertex Face Lab is a facial posture training application that uses augmented reality technology to provide real-time feedback on facial posture and guide users through exercises. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Medical Disclaimer
VERTEX FACE LAB IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
The App is designed for facial posture awareness and exercise only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The information provided by the App should not be considered medical advice.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program or if you have concerns about your health. If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse effects while using the App, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Vertex Face Lab offers subscription-based premium features. By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Vertex Face Lab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERTEX FACE LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vertex Face Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
